The FAFIN Investor Conference is a closed door event which seeks to highlight the key activities of FAFIN, agricultural sector trends and value chain dynamics, as well as the impact of these activities on FAFIN and its stakeholders. The inaugural Conference was held November 21 – 22, 2016 at the Sheraton Hotel and Towers, Abuja. It was well attended by FAFIN’s sponsors, members of the FAFIN Investment Committee, representatives of International Development Finance institutions and FAFIN Portfolio companies. Invited speakers and guests delivered presentations on the Nigerian economy, public sector led initiatives in the agricultural space, regulatory requirements for food and agricultural products and environmental and social guidelines (ESG) for agricultural businesses.
