Jamiu has over five years of experience spanning corporate banking, credit underwriting, financial advisory, and structured lending. Since beginning his banking career in 2021, he has built extensive experience in originating, structuring, and managing credit facilities for large corporates and multinationals, agribusinesses, and emerging enterprises, while providing strategic financial solutions that support business growth and sustainable value creation.

‎Prior to joining the private credit team, Jamiu held relationship management and corporate banking roles at Alpha Morgan Bank, Taj Bank, and Greenwich Merchant . Earlier in his career, he worked as an Advisor at RTC Advisory Services, where he conducted industry research, economic analysis, and business strategy development for corporate clients.

‎Jamiu is a Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA®) and is currently pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Ilorin.
